Benji, what's your go-to activity to do when you've got the cycling on in the background and it's not a particularly interesting stage?

Well it kind of depends because at the moment when the races are on during the week I have to work so racing is basically on behind the scenes for me.

I then to edit one of my own videos when he comes to YouTube or such or respond to comments or just

go ride my bike on Swift at the moment while watching the race or something.

Stuff like that because I do intend to watch the race even though it's a bit boring at certain points

but I tend to choose a primary activity at that same moment as well just to make sure I don't go mental during that stage.

Yeah I do the same thing I sort of flick through comments check Instagram or whatever I don't even. Maybe I go into a sort of dream state
