Hello my friends, welcome to this together run. We are in Toronto and first time in Canada.

0:16.3

I want to take you on a run, but I want you to first find some element of nature to connect

0:23.2

yourself to, to ground yourself to, I'm going to find a random tree. It's a little survivor

0:29.7

in a big city and are you ready to begin? Oh, my watch has gone off the thing. I'm just going

0:41.7

to give it a second to come back, it's when you're taking too long. Oh, I like this feeling

0:50.0

here. Ready? Okay, three, two and one. Off to go. Guess what? I got clear yesterday to run

0:57.9

an hour and this is going to be the first hour run I've done. So I'm excited that you're going to be

1:03.8

1:59.6

is going to be a bit busy and stuffy starting. I'm just going to keep moving myself. And you can,

2:07.9

you can, sorry, I might have to stop myself, but you can keep going. I know it's stuck on top.

2:14.8

And then once we get down to the lake for the waterfront, for what I've heard, it's going to be

2:23.3

kind of quiet. All right, so been a while. Didn't do it together in last week. Just couldn't

2:31.4

figure it out in Chicago. Got loads to update you on. But for now,

2:38.8

I am going to have us get ahead. We'll get going with our body scan and our other usual pieces.

2:52.4

And then we'll go into the updates and some health and all the usual what we do.

3:00.7

So you know the drill if you've done this before. If not, you just follow my lead.

3:06.4

Just paying attention to the areas of your body that I'm cooling out.
