0:12.9	syndicators. I'm just want to make this generalized for investors and multifamily. And this is really
0:17.4	important because when you're starting out, it can be challenging. You don't know what tools you need.
0:22.2	You don't know what kind of team members you need on your team because multifamily is a team sport.

0:27.9	The first thing, if you're syndicating deals and you're starting to raise capital, you need a platform and investor management platform.
0:35.0	Now, when I started, they were a few and far between. I think the only one
0:39.1	that was really around was Crowdstreet. That was the only one that was around years ago. There
0:43.6	might have been other ones, maybe syndication pro, but there were very few. And as syndication
0:48.6	became more and more prevalent and more people have been raising capital, there have been a lot
