Sure. Well, you know, here's a quick sample, but it also represents several of the same

type of call. Samantha and Philadelphia, one of my great coaching clients. You know, she has,

I believe it's 14 active listings, active meaning not in contract. So 14 actives all at the same time,

which is more inventory than she's ever handled before. And the common question from Sam as well

as many of my other private clients is, okay, now I have all these listings. I have gotten

them all, you know, ready, active in the MLS. A lot of this is holdover from the bad weather.
