Empowering women and men worldwide to financial freedom. Today we're

going to talk about where the top performing ETFs are. I wanted to talk about

this today because recently I got into a conversation with someone who was

telling me they really had sort of lost hope in the stock market and I asked why and they said, well the S&P 500 has really been

underperforming and so therefore the stock market really isn't doing what it used to do.

And I was really pretty dumbfounded because, well for a lot of reasons,

which I'll share with you, but that isn't exactly how I see it at all.

First of all, we have to always take a long-term view of the stock market.

If you don't have five years or longer to invest, then you probably shouldn't be in the stock market.

But if you have longer than five years to invest, then it's absolutely something that you want to look at.

Point number two, you don't want to just be in the S&P 500. That's a huge mistake

that a lot of investors are making right now. Is they're only buying large companies?

The S&P 500 is made up of the 500 largest companies in the US.

That's missing out on so much of the investing universe that's available that is not even funny.
