0:32.5	Penn Biden Center in Washington and Biden's garage in Delaware.
0:36.8	According to Fox News Digital, Walter Shobb said it's nothing like Trump's deliberate
0:41.9	refusal to return classified records demanded by the National Archives.
0:47.1	But Biden's own retention of classified records reflects an inexcusable neglect of
0:52.1	the most basic security protocols.
0:55.2	He added, the fact that the White House didn't mention that records were found in more
0:59.9	than one location when first asked about them was a breach of trust with the public and
1:05.5	a self-inflicted wound.
1:07.9	And based on what we know so far, it seems unlikely that he's at risk of any legal consequences,

1:21.7	Our documents, labeled as classified, were found at the president's Delaware home on
1:26.3	top of the documents recovered on November 2nd, just 60s before the midterm elections,
1:32.4	at the Penn Biden Center, and in December at his home in Delaware, CBS News reports.
1:37.8	The White House commented earlier today on the Justice Department's investigation into
1:42.3	the president's handling of the classified documents.
1:45.9	According to CNN, Ian Sam's spokesman for the White House Council's office said,
