Note #1: when you're filming any property, your listing, or someone else's, be certain you have written permission to film!   Note #2: Each video must have something of value plus a call to action.  A call to action, or a CTA is where you ask the viewer to DO something.  Call you, text you, comment below, and ask questions, or schedule an appointment. This is great for generating leads for you AND creates obvious value for your sellers.
