0:51.0	And so there's a lot of people out there who claim to know a lot about social media, who claim to have invented some sort of strategy that is foolproof and works for everyone.

1:03.0	I can't even begin to tell you the amount of strategies and I put that in air quotes because I don't even know if I should truly be calling them strategies.
1:11.0	But the amount of these false information, this false advice that I've seen spread around the internet, oftentimes being told as a solution to how to go over the internet.
1:20.0	How to go viral, how to grow your following or how to build a business online when in reality these things not only are not effective, but they also could actually be hurting your Instagram account.
1:31.0	And I want to say that in some cases these strategies aren't necessarily maliciously created. They're not always deceptive. They're not always, you know, bad from the start.
1:39.0	But oftentimes they're just outdated.
1:41.0	There's strategies that were popular five even 10 years ago and they just don't work as well anymore, but they're still being taught and they're still being spread around some of the strategies I share with you in today's episode my surprise you.
