| 0:38.9 | The seller says, yeah, I am interested in selling my house. And my sales guy, my acquisition guy, |
| 0:45.3 | says, okay, well, what did your realtor say about what your house was worth? And the seller says, |
| 0:50.6 | oh, I'm glad you asked. My realtor says we should sell the house for 205 and that he wants |
| 0:55.0 | to list the property next week. If we didn't ask that question, we would have been going into |
| 1:00.7 | negotiations and doing all sorts of things just to find out the seller wasn't going to sell to us |
| 1:06.1 | anyway. He was always going to sell with his realtor because they're friends, right? A lot of people's |
| 1:10.9 | realtors are their lifelong friends and realtor, really good realtors are all about relationships. |
| 1:16.2 | And so that would be basically an impossible seller to ever get into a contract. |
| 1:20.9 | So what we did instead and what we always do is we find out what the realtor thinks the house is |
| 1:26.3 | worth. And we just say just say well why doesn't |
| 1:28.1 | you why don't you have your real to represent you we'll make sure they get paid their commissions |
