So, legs are a huge part to win shows in body billing.

A lot of people say shows are one from the back,

but you can't neglect in the legs, and we also talk about hamstrings, glutes.

And for a lot of people, leg training is a struggle. Most of us aren't blessed

like Big Rami to have that be just the strongest body part where you can almost just not even

train them and just have a complete bodybuilder already.
