| 1:21.0 | Now, because the vegetables do not have a lot of calories, |
| 1:26.0 | or the salad does not have a lot of calories, has a lot of mass, |
| 1:29.0 | seven to ten cups of vegetables come out to about 5% of your overall calories. |
