0:06.0	it would be this year's Epcot International Flower and Garden Festival,
0:10.0	which is bigger and better than ever,
0:12.0	and this year contains 11 outdoor kitchens.
0:15.3	I'm Lou Mungello from W.W. Radio and this week I'm going to share with you my top five foods
0:21.0	and flavors from this year's Epcot International Flower and Garden Festival. One, the Florida Fresh Marketplace features locally sourced food and beverages including one of my favorites that's why it's on the list
0:49.5	The shrimp and grits it features Andaway sausage,
0:53.0	zellwood corn, cilantro and tomatoes.
0:55.8	Mm.
0:58.8	It features three or four nice big pieces of shrimp, Andeue sausage, nice little bit of heat on the back end.
1:08.0	The grits are smooth and creamy, nice and rich, really good size portion too at only 575.

1:16.0	A favorite of mine from last year's Flower and Garden Festival
1:20.0	made it to my list once again this year
1:22.0	and it is from my favorite pavilion here in
1:23.9	World Showcase. It is Frucci in Japan.
1:27.1	Frucci will let anybody try their hands at sushi and chopsticks because it is made
1:32.0	from seasonal fresh fruits like pineapple,
1:34.4	melon and strawberries it's wrapped in coconut rice drizzled with a little
1:38.5	raspberry sauce and sprinkled with coconut flakes with little whipped cream on the
1:42.0	side with little whipped cream on the side.
