She is busy doing Black Friday stuff, and I am recording a little earlier than I normally

would because Thanksgiving starts tomorrow. It's going to be a slightly shorter episode,

maybe just slightly. And I'm just taking a moment to introduce the show before we head into our discussion

of the next top 25 RPG episode. As usual, busy week over on US Gamer. As of the recording

of this episode, which would be several days ago by the time this episode goes up,

we got a big report dropping on the site about Diablo 4,

which was pretty interesting,

especially the fact that apparently Diablo 4,

Blizzard was originally conceiving it as almost like Dark Souls, which I think would have been interesting from a Blizzard context.

But man, can you imagine the uproar if that had actually happened?

There's been a few false starts.

I mean, as usual, Jason Schreier doing an excellent job of breaking all

that down. Beyond that, we have a look back on Warframe and its journey from just another

free-to-play shooter to one of the best games of the generation. Mike did an in-depth hands-on

on Super Smash Brothers and talked to Nintendo about that.

And I have a nice little article about my quest for the perfect heist in Red Dead

Redemption 2 and what that taught me.
