our annual top 25 coach rankings, which also always makes for some good podcast fodder.

Ralph, you are the Judge Judy of this episode every week. We make our cases and you render a

verdict. Well, thank you. I guess that's a, that's a, that's a,

that's a, that's a, a compliment. Knowing how highly Jim Harbaugh thinks of Judge Judy, I'll take

it as a compliment. There you go. Jim Harbaugh was once a subject of debate on this show, but that's not

he came around, it's not, it came around because he was started matter anymore. He came around because he started winning again.

Let me just say there was no one who was more right about Harbaugh than me.

Like I was the one...

I was defending Harbaugh harder than anybody else.

I very rarely take victory laps.

I will take a victory lap on Harbaugh.

Because even at his lowest,

I still remember thinking, like, how can you not have this guy as at least a top 20 head coach?

We'll give you credit for that, but you know you were also defending to the death was Mack Brown.

That's a good point. Fair. Fair. Okay. Yeah. I'll take that one too. You got to take the L's where I take the Ws if I'm going to insist on taking the Ws.

Well, Bruce and I have plenty Ls. One of them was Mike Norvell, who we both had very high last year, who dropped out entirely.

I couldn't justify keeping him in the top 25 after a two and 10 season at Florida State. But one thing that stood out this year, Bruce, is that I think we were more aligned than usual.

We do not consult each other.
