Hey, what's going on, guys? Welcome back to the Jeremy Scott Fitness podcast,

a radio show coming to you on this Saturday, July the 4th, 2020. If you would have told me at the

beginning of the year, I would be in my office doing a podcast. On the 4th of July, I would have told

you you were absolutely crazy. But again, you could

have told me a lot of shit a week ago that I wouldn't think will be happening. And here I sit.

And here all of you are listening, whatever day it is, time it is, whatever country you're in.

Hopefully it finds you staying safe and staying sweaty, of course.

And if you're listening to this after the 4th of July holiday, I hope it was amazing for all of you

and you got to get out and do some shit you love, what people you enjoy, because as we know,

your life is too short not to do that.

But here I sit today, just because obviously the world is not went the way it typically does

here.

For the fact of this kind of season of life, the pandemic and all the shit that surrounds it

with things going on in certain states and countries.

And I'm not going to rehash this too much.

I wrote it in our newsletter.

I shared a video today to all of you guys, but most of you who are the diehard listeners,

know my typical 4th of July routine is my wife and i usually accompanies me

i think of the the 10 or 11 years we've been together she's been with me i think 9 or 10 of the 11 give

or take and uh my normal 4th of july tradition is to fly back to Minneapolis.

Get to see my best friend, which is, it's a rarity.

We go to this place called Maynard's for you guys, for all my Minnesota people, you know what I'm talking about, which is over there in Excelsior on Lake Minnetonka. It's a great place. outside right on the water.
