Yeah so much we're really excited to be here. It is really great to be here. A little bio, so we are 16 and a half years into being married, which has been really great. We have three kids 12 10 and 6. Our 12 year old is just shy of 13.

Yeah okay. And yesterday I said he's 12 and he was like I think you should just start saying he's just say the 13.

Yeah. But yeah and so we and we both have like mental health backgrounds.

Aaron has a master's in counseling psychology.

I have a PhD in medical family therapy and we thought that when we had kids, there was
