I always see people talk about the week between Christmas and New Year's, because it is like a weird backwards time to be alive.

The old show, whose line is it anyway, where the time's made up and what you do doesn't matter but is there like a name for this week or is it just it's a great question i think we do need a name yeah i think we need to find one before i get out of here at nine and go to my day job uh because someone alix has to go to the press conference you know what though i will contend this The day after Christmas, first night of Hanukkah, like we all get Christmas off, whether you celebrated or not, is the best day after of a holiday that we have all year. Okay, Thanksgiving, you're going right into Black Friday. Yep. New Year's Day, which is really the day after New Year's Day. You don't have to sell me on being out on New Year's. Okay. You're hungover.

July 5th.

Probably have a little bit of a headache too.

Halloween. July 5th, I will say, is a really good beach day. Nobody's there. Halloween, you got the sugar high if you got kids. Or you're going straight back to work because no one gets Halloween off. Like I think this is the best, sweetest time, whatever gifts you got, the time you're with, more family to see.

As long as you don't work in sports. Oh, yeah. Right, as long as you don't have to be off at 5 a.m. It's the best time to be alive. I'll give you that. I think that's a good take the day after. And somebody pointed out like, dude, you have like five games on days you said you don't care. They're now in the last place in the Horizon League. They just lost to a D2 team. He referred to as nobody you. So if you're Doug Gottlieb or us, you still have to care.
