It's Bolzai. I'm Jesse Thorne. Earlier this year, my show, again, Bullseye with Jesse Thorne, we turned 25 years old.

That means that we have been doing this show in some form or other for a quarter century.

It started as a very different program, a comedy and talk show on KZSC in Santa Cruz, California, the heavyweight 88. Pretty sure our first guest was Dick Dale, the king of

the surf guitar. At least that's the first one I remember. To celebrate this auspicious anniversary,

we packed up our bags and we hit the road.

We did live versions of our program in Santa Cruz, here in Los Angeles, where the show is based,

and in New York City. WNYC, the public radio station out there, has carried our show since 2007.

We performed last month at the Pit, the People's Improv Theater. It's the same venue where we performed our very first live show in 2006.

We've got interviews from Tony Shalub, Jad Abhamrod, H. John Benjamin. We've got music from Kristen Anderson-Lopez and Robert Lopez, the duo that made the music from Frozen and Coco and others. But first, let's kick things off with some stand-up comedy from our

friend Josh Gondelman. You've heard him as a regular on Wait, Wait, Don't Tell Me, and he has a

brand new stand-up special called Positive Enforcement that you can catch for free on YouTube is also the nicest

comedian in New York, if not the whole dang world.

And a genuine genius.

I was a little late. I was a little late I got stuck behind all the billionaires who said they were going to leave New York City they all they all tried to leave tonight at the same time and it just congested midtown all eight of those liars just putting all their stuff,

having their butlers put all their stuff into moving vans

and heading to Hoboken to build a new life for themselves.

God, I just wish him the best.

All they have is everything.
