2:50.8	Sunday, October 16, 1983, the mutilated body of a boy is discovered.
3:00.5	Men looking for deer spotted garbage bags near a wooded area on the side of the country road.
3:10.6	One of the men told police, I thought I saw an elbow sticking out of the bag.
3:15.0	But it turned out to be a leg. Police said the boy's arms had been cut off at the shoulder.
3:26.3	And his torso had been mutilated with the knife. His neck had been gashed deep
3:37.2	and the stomach cut open.
3:38.5	Police are looking for a vicious killer and neighborhood children and parents are terrified.
