well. Yeah well know, in any business, doesn't matter what you sell, you typically have to interact with people.

And when I sit in front of new franchisees is a good example, one of the very first things I tell them is if you don't like

people the hospitality business, the restaurant business is probably not the

right because what some of the very first things you're going to do is you're going to go out and hire a team of 30 to 50 people.
