Good evening, this is John Bachelor, to not a conversation with my

correspondent and good friend, Selena Zito, the Keystone State Report.

Selena travels to Cincinnati to witness a trade school, attracting young people out of high

school and people who have been disappointed by community college or college in general,

to learn how to be welders, or pipe fitters, or tradesmen like exterminators, the things that

are necessary to live in modern America. They don't pile up huge bills to owed to a liberal arts

college. They aren't start earning money right away, and if they want to extend their education

later, they can pay for it, because they're earning very good wages in aerospace and plumbing,

the vitals of America. Also a conversation with Chris Regal of scholar.com about China and the

failing business plan there. It does not look to reverse itself. In fact, there's indication

that the leadership in Beijing is looking to close down China's conversation with the world.

Pull up the drawbridge, return to darkness, the darkness that was dominant during the culture

revolution. We'll see, right now they're talking big, they're threatening the neighborhood at the

same time their business plan is a failure. Also, to Romania, a conversation with Antonio

Colabasano, writing a Jamestown Foundation, but also with geopolitical futures, about the decision,

the Catastrophic decision, by Russia, to cut off the grain deal and to threaten any ship leaving

a Ukrainian port to be treated as a military cargo, not as a food cargo for the Mediterranean

basin, Africa, and other parts of the world that depend upon that grain. Immediately, the price

of wheat and corn shot up in Europe and in the United States, food will become more expensive.

Is there a work around, yes, by truck through Moldova or Romania to the port at Castanza,

which is overwhelmed and already filled with grain filled up with its silos full of grain,

or trucking all the way through Romania to Bulgaria onto the Greek ports to get the grain out.
