Good evening. Tonight on the show, I start in Berlin with Judy Demsie of the Carnegie

Endowment for International Peace. Juni returning from European travels, commenting on where the

European Union is with regard to Ukraine more, long term, whether it is looking at the fact that

the war is growing from a regional conflict in the Eastern Central Europe into a global affair.

I noted that the news from Moscow is that Kim Jong-un, the dictator of North Korea,

with his nuclear weapons and his ballistic missiles and his constant threat to the peace of South

Korea and Japan and the rest of the world, is now invited to Moscow to talk with Vladimir Putin.

Why are looking for weapons from North Korea, the arsenal from North Korea? They need weapons,

they need ammunition to continue the war in Ukraine. Also, Moscow is reporting that it is asking

for joint naval exercises, North Korea, China, and Russia. There is no attempt to disguise China's

participation in this predator game going on in Ukraine and along the DMC in North Korea.

Also tonight, I speak with Judy about a term called post-alantisism. Europeans are only half

involved in the Ukraine conflict. Their military is not in the conflict. Their weapon systems

as much as they surrender involved, but are they looking to the future? And what does that mean?

Post-alantisism suggests Europe has a future without the US participating in NATO in some fashion.

Unknown, Judy has thoughts on the matter. Also, conversation with Charles Pellegrino tonight

about the discovery on the two sections of the Titanic at the bottom of the Atlantic,

about section and the half section, growing on them for some time, something called rusticles.

They're not individual creatures. It's one giant creature, sharing a circulatory system.

It is the product of the hydrothermal vent that Charlie says is within 2,000 feet

of the Titanic. And because the hydrothermal vent is there, the rusticles are growing on

the metal surfaces of the Titanic. And those rusticles now have been retrieved from the artifacts
