Tonight on the show I speak with Liz Peek about the un-predicted American economy,

5.9% GDP showing at the Atlanta Fed right now.

The Federal Reserve worrying about the economy not cooling fast enough, waiting for layoffs

for some sign that the economy will slow.

At the same time, the American consumer continues to shop with the money he or she earns,

and the growth is spectacular.

Could it be that we're living in a period that is generally understood as uncharted because

we're coming out of a pandemic and a worldwide shutdown that was arbitrary, or could it be

that we're seeing the future, the growth and the jobs and the spending, or what we do,

we're very productive people.

Now, a recession was predicted for the last year, no longer predicted now.

And Liz Peek, my colleague, reminds me that what you expect is likely not to come by.
