got into this crazy world that you're in now. So, I'm Tony Gargan. I'm a property investor mainly

and predominantly, but also a public speaker and trained based in Liverpool. From a head job

background, so no background in either if there was really other than forced trainings or about

to train people. And I became an accidental landlord way back when in 2007. And, you know, I'll

give you the average version. I made every mistake going. There was a residential house that I'd

bought to live in, split up with my then boyfriend, ended up with this house that we massively

overspent on. So, negative equity, 100% mortgage with Northern Rock, fees on table, loan on top to

refair, and then I was stuck with this house in negative equity. So, I was an accidental illegal

multi-let landlord. I didn't know I needed like authority to let the house sell to different

chains in the mortgage. And, first of all, to 2000 and more 15, my husband said we should start

investing in property. So, we've built quite a bit of portfolio since then mainly using other

people's money. So, I was specialising in raising finance and joint ventures. And we've got quite

big portfolio, mainly single-lets now. And I train people in that. And my biggest passion is
