Well, thank you, Gary.

It's great to be with you again.

Always great to talk to you.

And we're going to focus on this book that Tommy has brought out with Dr. Ed Hineson.

It's called Charting the Bible chronologically.

And you may say, oh, I've seen all those teagious genealogies, but wait a minute,

there's a lot more to it than that.

And it gets really interesting. Did you know that there are 39 genealogies in the Bible?

I didn't know that. Yeah. And, but only two of them have numbers attached to it in Genesis 5 and Genesis 11.

Now what do you mean by numbers?

Well, the dates. In other words, so and so was 105 years old when he had a kid.

And so you add up those in Genesis 5 and you come up with 1,656 years from the time Adam was created to the time the flood came.

And what's interesting, we have a charting there and shows that you can check your math.

Remember in school where you had to check your math?

Oh, yeah, I remember.

There's a second way to add the numbers in that same genealogy.

And that is by adding the age that Adam was when Methusel was born because

Methusla died in the year the flood came. And so it's 700 and something years when Adam was when Methusel was born and he died.

He was the oldest man, 969 years. And you add those two numbers together and you come up with
