| 1:02.0 | IDEO for 21 years. He works there with his brother, David, who was the founder of IDEO, and |
| 1:07.0 | they, he's been there since the company was just a handful of designers and now has 350 people there. |
| 1:13.5 | Tom also is the author of two really interesting books. |
| 1:16.5 | One of them is called The Art of Innovation. |
| 1:18.8 | And I actually use the book as a textbook in my course on creativity and innovation. |
| 1:23.2 | And his second book is the 10 Faces of Innovation. |
| 1:26.5 | And Tom has agreed to stick around afterwards to sign books. |
