Morning everybody, welcome along to your free podcast for today, Thursday, the 4th of November.

Just the day that my accountant goes on holiday.

In fact, he is on holiday, actually. I think he's gone to France, because I had to send him something yesterday because I'm trying to sort out that one.

Don't even ask me what this is. It's another one of these complicated forms.

And I've done the bits I can fill in and he'll have to fill in the rest of it.

And so I said, oh, can you send it up? It needs to be there by the 15th. And he said, well,

get back on the 15th. Well, it's not going to get to them by the 15th. But he said he'd already

spoken to them anyway. So that's okay. Because you don't know upset the VAT people. Good God, it's bad enough upsetting anybody else in this day and age. So the papers were

full and they've made a big deal about Anne Robinson and this argument that they're having

with Rachel on the programme and I don't believe a word of it. I think it's been made up to try and

drum interest back into countdown.

Because every so often they will do something on countdown that warrants them getting pictures

and publicity in the newspapers.

Because to be honest with you, they've managed to get pages and pages of coverage.

The producers are delighted.

You know, if you get publicity for something, everybody's very happy with it. And so consequently, because people now watching, hoping to see some sort of ruck going on, it, it won't happen.

It won't happen. You won't ever see anything like that at all because it's a load of old cobblers.

It is. It's a case of, listen, she's running the programme, Rachel's been doing her bit. She's worked with loads of other people on the programme.

They're saying Anne Robinson turned off her microphone.

Anne Robinson wouldn't know how to turn off an oven.

Let alone a microphone.

You don't think she's got control over Rachel's microphone, do you?
