Summary
In this together run, join me for a 30 or 45 minute run. We will pay attention to how we feel mentally, emotionally, and physically, reflecting, taking in our scenery, and enjoying some random conversations.
In today's run, I answer questions from Uta and Chip. Submit your questions, and I would love to answer it on another run.
Part meditation, part run, all Tina. Would love for you to join me.
Thank you to BEAM for sponsoring this guided run. Beam hydrate comes with three purposes, balance, performance, and recovery. I used two servings of BEAM performance in my trail race this weekend (which I won outright!) and immediately followed the race up with BEAM recover. These taste delicious and make hydration easy. With summer coming, make sure you are hydrated, use code TINA for 15% off.
Thanks for listening!

| 0:00.0 | Hello, my friends. Welcome to Together Run number four. We, yeah, these are, I don't know |
| 0:12.3 | pretty quick, aren't they? I'm still loving your feedback. When you put a photo of |
| 0:16.8 | you on social media and say that you ran with me that morning, I can't tell you how |
| 0:21.2 | happy that makes me. And last week, I did a run from my house. So I will be curious if |
| 0:27.8 | you haven't already given me feedback on that. How much worse, different was that having |
| 0:35.1 | obviously there's more cars around. There's more like noises, like urban noises, I suppose, |
| 0:44.2 | around. I did go over to the trail. Did you notice the difference there? Was that preferable? |
| 0:48.1 | I really would love some feedback. That one last week was a bit of a random one. So we |
| 0:52.5 | are back to just regular, a bit more controlled environment for this one. I'm going to get |
| 0:56.9 | right to it, but just wanted to check in. I would love your thoughts, love to see your |
| 1:01.2 | shares. And if you can leave a review on my podcast, if you've been enjoying these, I'd |
| 1:05.5 | love to see those too. Thank you so much. Let's pass it over back to me for Together Run number |
| 1:11.6 | four. Hi, friends. Time for our guided run number four. This is the final one I think |
| 1:25.9 | might test out as just a regular run. And then I think maybe we'll do a workout. The |
| 1:31.3 | strides seem to be very popular at the beginning or at the end of last, it wasn't last time. |
| 1:37.6 | It was the time for guided run two or together run two. And so we're going to add some more |
| 1:45.0 | of those. I'm glad you appreciate that even the way I surprised them on you. I am standing |
| 1:51.8 | on the same place. I did runs one and two. Some of you said it was a little bit loud |
| 1:57.7 | with the road crossings. I really apologise. I have driven to this place that's close |
| 2:04.8 | to me, which I don't really like doing, but I really want to get as much quiet as I can. |
| 2:10.8 | This is just the best I can do. And environmentally, I'm just not really comfortable driving 20 minutes |
| 2:17.5 | or an hour to go find a quiet place. So this is the best I can do. I apologise if the urban |
