Hello, my friends. You can hear I am not at home, not in my usual spot. It's definitely

noises, city noises. I am in Chicago, I'm in the theatre district right now, right

narrow train station. It is 6.30 in the morning so people are on their way to work. A train

is about to come past. Nice and loud. But I want to begin together round as always, hopefully

you can hear me with touching some element of nature and even though there's a lot of

noise, there's a lot of people, there's a lot of activity. I mean this is like textbook.

There's still nature here. I am currently touching a tree. I want you to do the same.

Ground yourself if you don't have the opportunity to by just feeling your feet on the ground,

recognizing that the earth is underneath, even if like myself. There's very little nature

around. There's some plants outside the coffee shop. This is tree. I'm touching a few more

trees around. All right, did you ground yourself? Are we ready? Three, two and one. Off we

go. I actually, that was kind of comical, wasn't it? I don't know if it felt it for you,

but that was so much city noise in one go. You kind of, when you're in a city, after

you're the first few hours, you get accustomed to it, don't you? But it's when you are in

moments like that where you're like, wow, this is actually a lot of noise and human activity.

Sorry with that said. Welcome to this together. I'm recording this on a Thursday, so you're

a few days from hearing it. I've been in Chicago since Monday for the Race Management

Program Summit, which is kind of an industry summit. So a lot of the, I'm learning this

this weekend because I didn't know all this week. I didn't know what half of these companies

did, honestly, didn't know. But basically, the people that make the race as possible,

so yes, there are the race directors. The big ones, you know, someone, the CEO of World

Marathon majors is here. Like, the big ones, who by the way is a woman, which I love,
