| 0:00.0 | Hello, my friends. Welcome to this together run. I'm just grabbing my sunglasses out of my |
| 0:12.9 | car as it is bright out. I am definitely in a rush, but I'm going to have us touch |
| 0:20.3 | some element of nature. The buds are starting to open up on this tree outside my house. |
| 0:26.0 | Everything is coming. I'm just touching that, feeling the furriness of it. I invite you |
| 0:31.6 | to do the same. Are you ready to begin? In three, two, and one. Off we go. Oh, I am not dressed |
| 0:41.3 | for this. A little bit underdressed here today. But hopefully we'll warm up. And yes, I'm |
| 0:49.5 | definitely rushing out the door. This is not, we're not going to manage an hour, but I'm |
| 0:53.1 | not going to manage an hour. You are free to do extra for yourself, if you want to. I was |
| 0:58.5 | recording a podcast with Yeta Cluster Fields, an Indigenous runner, an artist, and a wind and run |
| 1:10.2 | Western states last year with goo and rising hearts. And we were just talking and you know |

| 1:22.2 | And so I kept pushing it, pushing it until it was like 56 minutes past the hour. And I knew |
| 1:29.8 | I needed to be back one hour and four minutes later. And quickly threw my shoes on and went |
| 1:40.0 | out the door. So underdressed. I'm probably going to have a really cold hand, but worth it to go |
| 1:48.4 | on a run with you. And thank you for joining me. So we'll go into a bit more of what I've been |
| 1:55.9 | up to once we get going. But for now, we're going to go and begin our usual meditative elements we've |
| 2:04.1 | done are checking with nature. And just a minute we're going to begin our body scan, which is going |
| 2:12.8 | to mean that we are going to start from the top of our heads and work our way down. Our bodies |
| 2:21.6 | just checking in with the various elements of our bodies and just seeing how they feel. |
| 2:28.7 | Before you begin, I'm honestly tempted to run home and grab my gloves. I don't know, will I warm up? |
| 2:40.3 | Maybe I'll just start and if I get my heads too cold, then I can turn around and head back over the |
| 2:47.4 | yeah, I think that's what we'll do. Okay, so if you haven't done a body scan before, I'm going to |
