I'm Julia Jene. Thank you for being with us this hour for something a little different here at Court TV. We know in a court of law it's all about the law and the facts. This hour we've got a fantastic panel for you and they'll let their opinions run free. All based on the most pivotal facts in the cases that we are tracking across the country. Let's quickly get to our first case where right now a California jury is pouring through the evidence in the trial for Maya Hernandez.

She's charged with second degree murder after leaving her children in a hot car while she was at a med spa cosmetic filler appointment.

Her two-year-old survived but her one-year-old did not.

This case has been unique for us because cameras were not allowed inside of this courtroom for testimony only for the openings and the closings today.
