Everything seems to be safe in the city. I mean, you look around, crime is down. You know, I'm walking in Penn Station right now, and you see Penn Station. It's packed. I mean, people are back. The city has come back after COVID. Penn Station, where the heck are you going, Todd? Where are you going now? My great wife, I love more than dear, but parks a car, and next thing you know, it's towed. So I have to go to the lot where you have to pay to get your car back. Oh, boy. Now, you would think, you know, I would think my stock would do better than my car being out as much. Every day it goes up, I have to pay. My stock doesn't go up as much as it goes when they
