This Monday, Tuesday afternoon. It's not Monday. It's Tuesday, actually. Two times Tuesday. On this Tuesday afternoon, we'll be joined by Nick Costos in about 40 minutes with his thoughts on the Jordan Love surgery needed for the left thumb. And also Cam Hayward's Holden at Pittsburgh Steelers training camp. Nick also has some news about the Dallas Cowboys that he'd like to get to as well. That's coming up in about 40 minutes here on the program. 20 minutes from now, we'll get to the marquee games tonight in Major League Baseball and all. There's some other news and notes from throughout the NFL with some training camp items that we got to hit before we wrap up the hour. But joining me right now, like he does each and every weekday here at 320 Eastern. It's our executive producer, Bill Zimmerman. Bill, what's going on? You're back in the flesh. You know, like obviously yesterday was your first day back. Today, now day two. How was the sports viewing experience last night? Did you even get back into sports? Did you just chill? I watched a little bit of baseball, but for the most part, I was just like relaxing and listening to music. They're like, yeah, I need football back around. I need football. Yeah, flipped around, watched a little baseball, but not too much sports viewing. Yeah, I mean, we're going to dive fully into, um, into NFL preseason here this upcoming weekend. Looking forward to that.

But, you know, really just excited for what was announced today at 1212.

I know we were talking to Jake Asan.

He's doing backflips.

He's a full-on Swifty.

I mean, the YBYB crew is excited for this upcoming Taylor Swift album.

Yeah.

I mean, she's announcing it on the Kelsey podcast.

So we're very fired up.

As somebody who has listened to zero of Taylor Swift's albums, I've heard her songs. Like, I'm not going to like, I've never heard Taylor Swift. No, I've heard Taylor Swift songs. She has really good songs. Everyone's heard Taylor Swift. Yeah, it's an objective fact. She's a great artist. I just don't really seek it out, but I'm sure it'll find me at some point on the radio or wherever.

So I hope it's good because we're going to probably hear it nonstop when it comes out.

So hopefully it's not some garbage music, which I would be very surprised if it were since she's like a global icon at this point.

But yes, last night the Swifties were in a frenzy over Taylor Swift,

even just hinting that the album is coming soon. But real quick, before we get to the headlines

here about the world of sports, I feel like I'm at that point right now where I don't really

want to watch a ton of stuff that's not football. Like I was saying at the top of show, like, I got like a little bit of a taste of it over the weekend. And now I just like need it like mainline like in my veins. Like I get football now. Like even baseball. Like the baseball card went well last night. But I'm just like, oh, cool. Great. We won some bets. But like what's the preseason schedule? And why is it not until Friday?

Like, that is what I need. Like, you really get that taste and that's all you want. Why is football meth, right? I mean, honestly, like, somebody needs to study it. I say, like, why as a nation are we addicted to this violent sport that we love? And, hey, you know what? It's been going for 100 plus years and a hundred more years, I'm sure, on deck.

But like, yeah, this is just, like, please get me to the games as soon as possible. But enough of that. Let's get to the top stories that we have on this Tuesday.
