Hey, Bo. Good afternoon, man. Man, good afternoon to you, too, sir. How you doing today? I'm doing great, man. I'm doing great. Big victory to celebrate, man. Our infant slept eight hours last night. What? This is far too early for that. That's crazy. I know, dude. Yeah, and she wasn't, no, it is too early. And, you know, I didn't sneak her any whiskey. There was no, like, extra medication or it's just, man, it was good. A big, big godsend. Mama got to sleep. Daddy got to sleep. It was nice. You do have a little bit of extra like pepping your voice today. I know, right, yeah. Feeling a little refreshed. And, man, you know, I've been a little under the weather just, you know, with some sinus-related stuff. I mean, it's so nice to have that baby sleeping. So, yeah, back in the pipe shop today and I've been blending and filling a lot of mail orders.

And man, just getting after it.

Yeah, feels good to have some sleep.

Speaking of mail orders, do you want to kind of address the tragedy that occurred to you over the last couple of days here?

Because I saw some discussion in the Squire Lounge about this.

So, we we you know

they are redeveloping our shopping center and our building of course was phase one they didn't get

started on any of this until you know we we moved our location and and all that stuff if you followed

us for for a little while you're aware of that last year that happened and So anyway, our building was phase one, but now phase two has started. They've torn

down several buildings behind our shop and are going to build some fancy apartments back there. But

one of the buildings that they tore down had our internet line going right through it. And Bubba from Pearl just didn and and and and and and and and didn't really. Didn't. It didn't check it out. His name was not bubble from Pearl. People don't know that that's a joke right. Well, okay, Boudreau from Pearl. Whatever. Yeah. But he, uh, anyway, he, um, he, he, he, he, he tore the building down and, um, and, and, uh, it was like, Well, I mean, I just didn't think there would be any kind of issues.

Well, the whole issue was I couldn't run a credit card or get on the internet for the entire day.

So anyway, we've been kind of hemmed up with that.

But they got us fixed up.
