0:00.0	So how does the common, because you know, like we talked about, you're well educated,
0:07.0	you have these degrees, right? How does a common person, common man, who's in this trucking
0:14.0	industry, maybe he owns a truck or, you know, they have a little bit of knowledge of the business.
0:18.0	How do they get into international trade, into global logistics?
0:21.2	How do they make that pivot into doing what you do?
0:23.6	So when you think international trade, think regulations, right?
0:26.6	So that comes a little more, you have to understand the logistics before you can understand the law.
0:30.6	So a trucker that's an owner operator or even a small 3PL or a small fleet owner, the opportunity is actually endless.
0:39.2	It's just getting out of the comfort zone and being able to network.
0:42.5	I do a great job kind of patting myself on the back or trying to bridge that gap
0:46.8	because people are only used to dealing with their cultures and they get a little concerned
0:51.6	about going outside of that.
0:52.6	And I mean international cultures, global cultures.
0:55.0	So the first step I tell people all the time is to network.
0:58.0	You have to network and you have to not, you have to network fearlessly.
1:02.0	You have to network hard, as hard as you go to get your authority,
1:06.0	as hard as you go to become an owner-operator to get your LLC,
1:09.0	you got to go that hard in networking.
1:12.2	But it's not that difficult.
1:14.0	It's associations.
1:15.1	There's memberships.
1:15.8	I list them all on my website so that people know where they can be members and associations
