0:00.0	How is doing international business shifted like your perspective of like domestic business?
0:10.0	That's a great question. So I don't do as much domestic business as I used to and that's what made me feel like I need to come back home to domestic to try to bridge
0:21.9	it.
0:22.2	Right.
0:22.7	It has shifted my focus because my mind now thinks global economy.
0:28.8	My mind thinks GDP and our gross domestic product, right?
0:32.4	That's our global economy.
0:34.1	My mind now thinks free trade agreements with other countries. We're in the middle of a
0:38.3	Chinese trade war. I have to follow that, of course. So that started under the Trump administration,
0:43.5	which added an additional 25% of duty to goods originating in China. So I have to now figure out a way
0:50.0	to capitalize on that where I can get that money back for people. So it shifted my mind because I think global, I think international, I think about the
1:01.1	transportation of goods and what that means for our global economy.
1:04.3	But it's also shifted my mind in a good way because that's when I started to realize
1:08.1	that there was a huge gap culturally as well.
1:11.6	Because I'm never going to say that there's not a lot of minorities that don't know about this,
1:17.6	but that's been my experience that they don't know.
1:19.6	Right.
1:20.6	And I do business with people of all walks of life and culture, but I don't see any diversity.
1:25.6	People think international, they automatically think that means, oh, that has to be diverse.
1:28.9	It's not.
1:29.9	Right.
1:30.9	I also make the joke sometimes from the block to the boardroom because I'm the only one
