Private equity firm Silver Lake plans to announce a $400 million project that'll tackle the bottleneck in data center power.

bankruptcy in March after it failed to secure financial backing. Lighten is developing lithium sulfur

batteries, which are seen as more environmentally friendly than lithium ion batteries. The startup is backed
