0:38.3	It's great to be here saying. It's been a long journey since those days.
0:40.9	Yeah, it's been a long journey, man. I want to reflect. You go back to 2005,
0:48.4	getting that job at Eastern Michigan, sort of cutting your teeth in the coaching profession.
0:54.3	I'm sure there are a lot of takeaways.
0:56.2	What sticks with you the most from that time?
0:58.8	Well, at the time, you don't realize how difficult it is to get your first job on the road, on the court,
1:04.0	and I'm still very grateful to Coach Ramsey for that.
1:08.0	But when I was a student manager for Coach Knight, I would go around in the
1:11.8	summer and work basketball camps. And Coach Ramsey was an assistant at Cal Berkeley, and I went out and spent
1:15.9	a couple weeks. And then when I went back to Indiana, he was at Michigan at that time as an assistant.
