We have trillions, tens of trillions of bacteria living in and on our bodies.

Today, the gut microbiome is getting a moment in the spotlight.

But it's not just the microbiome where we have these bacteria living.

We have a microbiome of our lungs.

We're now discovering that different organs and organ systems have their own bacterial makeup.
