The health of our skin can be a huge indicator of our health overall.

We tend to think that our skin just happens.

But it's really an outermost representation of what's happening internally.

and even what's going on with our sleep quality can all show up on our skin.

For example, a recent peer-review clinical trial set out to find how sleep deprivation

could potentially impact our skin health.

The study found that sleeping less than six hours a night for just five nights in a row

caused the study participants to have fine lines and wrinkles

and their skin increased by 45%.

Blimishes went up by nearly 15%.
