Right now here in the United States, and this is according to the journal Metabolic Syndrome and related disorders after doing a big meta-analysis determined that only 12% of American adults are metabolically healthy.

88% of our citizens are dealing with some degree of metabolic dysfunction.

I'm going to continue to repeat these statistics over and over again until we do something radical about it.

Now the good thing is there's a momentum shift to taking place.

You know, with all this happening in the world, everything does seem to be a little bit crazy and kind of flocked up with an elf flocked up.

And so it's just providing an opportunity really for things to change because things are shaken up.

They're more malleable and we get to determine what form they end up in.

But we've got to take action right now.

And also, of course, everybody can feel a little bit of turbulence.
