Higher with me Michael Normanson. Hello Moscow White as well Daniel Chapman. Hello. The matchball 30 charts our journey from promotion in 1990 to lifting the league title in 1992. It's a real time journey where we do a matchball on the 30th anniversary of every game and Easter just out of the way as it was in 1991. Second of April so April falls was yesterday was yesterday. Did you get caught out by anything? Well, who were the falls yesterday? Crystal Palace with a full

falls weren't they? Ha ha. Very good. Very good. Well, they've given us a sniff haven't they judging by these. These are the results they lost at home 31 to Manchester City. Nile Quinn and his disco pants with a hat trick of that. Another significant result was Southampton beating Liverpool as well. Didn't expect that one with Liverpool still sniffing around the title. Maybe that's going to let Arsenal in for their their game tomorrow at home to Aston Villa, which I fancy them for a good winner. That would spoil things for us though.

1:16.0

Because we've been talking a lot about as Jason Palace for third place. And this is what needs to happen now that we are thanks to that them losing to Man City when nine points behind them with three games in hand. So we win those three level on points for third if Liverpool win the title, they go into the European cup. And then if Arsenal finished second, they would go into the UEFA Cup, but they still in with the chance of winning the FA Cup.

1:45.0

So they would qualify for the European Cup winners cup if they did that, which is above the UEFA Cup. So then the UEFA Cup place goes to third, which will be us, not Crystal Palace. So we need Liverpool to win the league Arsenal in the Cup and leads go marching on into Europe.

2:02.0

It was really good though for us to arrest that post Christmas slide. Do we want to call it with two wins in nine or something like that or eight games to win at Chelsea. I thought was a really really solid result last week.

2:13.0

So hoping to build on that one again today at Ellen Road, another big crowd over 28,000 here for the visit of Sunderland and how many more in Sunderland.

2:21.0

Bigger crowd at the beanback as well. I'm sure this will be the highlight of the week up there in in Sunderland, get it a day off from the car factory, go and watch the lads.

2:32.0

14 inch telly in the middle of the center circle at Rokapark cheering them on for the great result at Ellen Road.

2:39.0

Sounds like a lovely day out by the seaside in in early April. Lineups then John Luke, it's in goal. Mel Stirlland, Michael Whitlow, John McClelland and Chris White.

2:47.0

So no Chris, no Chris Ferkel off then in defense today is an angle that he played on with Chelsea got the better of him in midfield. You big four.

2:55.0

Batty, Stracken, McAllister and speed with Carl Schutt and Lee Chapman up front and in Ray Verardi making it back to the bench with Andy Williams for Sunderland.

3:03.0

Tony Norman, Gordon Armstrong, Anthony Smith, Gary Bennett, John K, Richard Ord, Paul Hardiman, Kiran Brady, Paul Bracewell, Gary Ours and David Rush with the subs Brian at Kinson, who sounds like he should be a retired man, not on the bench for Sunderland in the prime of his career.

3:20.0

And another Brian Brian Mooney with Denis Smith, the manager for them. It's very rare that I only recognize one player from the opposition, but Paul Bracewell is pretty much the size of it.

3:29.0

You would remember John K though from only from this season. Peter Haddock's legs the track earlier in the season. Remember this shower came up behind us from the second division, but only by default.

3:43.0

Well, this was very convoluted and very, very messy because Swindon were doing naughty things with their finances, but they beat Sunderland in the playoff final to get promoted to the Premier League, but were promptly relegated to divisions due to their financial impropriety.

3:57.0

36 charges that they admitted of breaching league rules, so they ended up dropping down to the third tier, which upon appeal was restored back to the second tier, so they kind of did a big round the houses and ended up right where they started.

4:09.0

But Dave Hockiday's Swindon town with this point, exactly. It was one of Vinny Jones two bookings in his career leads was we were getting parted was a very good tackle on David Hockiday at Ellen Droll.

4:23.0

But yet Swindon's chairman off to jail and Sunderland off to the first division, whether doing great, although they did beat Skull.

4:32.0

19th of play 31 games, one seven drawn eight and lost 16 scored 33 and conceded 47. I mean, conceded 47 goals in the top flight ridiculous.

4:41.0

And it's only eight problem. They've only won once away from home coming into this against, I mean, Sheffield denied to we know a pathetic.

4:48.0

They came up with us as well, didn't they? Yeah, but they're not as good as us because we're basically going to win the league or they're about.
