today's episode has some adult content in it.

There's not really swearing, but we will be talking about the subject of sex.

episode is actually one of the season two episodes I am most excited to share.

It's not the most chiniest topic it's actually one of the topics I believe is most

underrepresented online unless you're looking at very specific websites and forums specifically

for this topic. So that's what we're going to talk about today.

We're going to talk about sex.

We haven't actually broached that subject yet on the lively show,

but this conversation in particular I think really hopefully

can be healing for those who may also be struggling as well to feel somewhat less alone in this journey.
