Hello, my friends, and welcome to today's show.

I'm so excited to be recording this before the

Love Club starts and before I start my travels and my little week ahead. I just wanted to check in

with you, give you a podcast. I have this idea eventually to maybe do some batching of episodes,

like a Q&A episode plus a flow diaries in the same day. That way I can

kind of get ahead on things because I have been in the last few weeks very busy working behind

the scenes actually on many things, which I'm going to get into in the Flow Diaries episode,

but I haven't yet gotten back into any kind of regular schedule with the show. So I'm looking

to hopefully bring you more consistent schedules, regular schedule with the show. So I'm looking to hopefully bring you

more consistent schedules, but also keep the quality just as high. So as I am a very firm listener

of the show too, I never want to give you guys just filler or fluff. I always want to give you

guys something that's really truly the highest quality, not just quantity of episodes, but I would

like those episodes to be more

consistent at the same time. So I'm trying to find that new alignment for high quality plus more

slight consistency. It doesn't have to be like I'm locked into a certain day or time to launch,

but just doing this a bit more regularly through the month, kind of almost weekly would be great. So let's see if that

actually happens. But let's also catch you guys up on what I've been doing when I haven't been

podcasting. What has been happening for me? Well, one thing that just happened on Thursday last week is

I had my smile eye surgery. Now, this is a huge departure. You know we're not in, you know, Dorothy,
