Hello my friends and welcome to today's show.

Today's episode is a little solo episode

checking in with you and sharing something that

I have been experiencing over the better part

of a year almost now around the name Bella

and changing my name to Bella and all the things

that came along with that name change.

And the name change itself,

going by a different name in and of itself,

just changing the name wasn't really,

it was a little different of course,

but the challenging growth-filled part of it

was more about the name being the name Bella.

So I thought I would share a little bit

about what that journey has looked like for me

and even if you never change your name,

but you feel cold to explore a different aspect

of this reality or facet of yourself

and might come across potentially some inner resistance to it.
