Hello my friends and welcome to today's show.

Today we have a beauty of life episode with Danielle.

A new one I'm very excited to share.

We talk about some of the things

that she interacted with in her own life

and actually dealt with in her own bean bags

and her own inner voicing

on a very particular pattern of the mind

that is sometimes very, very, very hard to deal with

with, especially when you're doing it directly

one-on-one with yourself.

So we're gonna talk about how wonderfully she did that

as well as talk about another mental pattern

that also is very, very difficult

to sometimes depending on everyone's circumstance

obviously is different, but sometimes it's hard

to follow this other one out as well.

So I'm very excited to share these two patterns

in case it might be helpful for anyone else

that may be seeing this in their own lives
