Thank you so much as always for listening today I am in

Costa Rica on a meditation retreat with Eckhart Toli I have no idea what this

experience is actually like because as I'm recording this I'm recording it before I head out to

Costa Rica so I can be fully present in the presence retreat.

So I cannot wait to share whatever this experience that I'm going through as you're listening to

this intro is like with you soon on the lively show but until then that is where I am

for this current phase of life this is a true dream come true. I have thought about

what spiritual or influential teachers that have been out there in the world that are

still alive today that I would love to learn from in a more intimate way than just

reading their books like for the case of Akartoli the power of now and a new

earth and after Stephen Covey and Wayne Dyer have passed away. It's made me realize that I really want to spend time

with teachers that I deeply admire whenever possible in real life. So this is my first foray into doing something like that for myself and I'm like I said so excited to share

Whatever lessons I'm learning with you here on the show soon as well now let's move on to today's episode. As you guys know now I am no longer focused on

whether it's a solo show or an interview every week I am thinking about what I can
