the U.S. dairy industry has pledged to become carbon neutral or better. Oh. Happy, comfortable

cows make the best milk and dairy products. You know, I'll admit something that's very

embarrassing to admit now. What?

When I first went and visited a dairy farm, I looked at the cows and I thought they were sad.

And it wasn't until I started asking questions of the farmer and how the whole process works.

These are extremely happy cows.

Did they have resting cow face?

That was the most confusing thing.

You ever just stare at a cow?

Its face just rests like that.

You know what?

I love the thought of happy, comfortable cows.

Even if there was a very mean farmer

in charge of the dairy farm

and all he cared about was making money,

it would still serve him well

to make sure his cows are happy
