Oh, start like this. Hi, gang. Hi. Should we start the side? We really should. Join us,

0:13.8

please. Big inhale in. And then let out one of those goat screams. I was going to go

0:24.3

for like the Zen exhale, maybe like the following out breath. Sometimes it feels good to scream,

0:32.0

you know, and that's one of the reasons I love living in New York City is you really can

0:35.2

like scream on the on the streets on the street and people will be like, shut up! Yeah,

0:40.1

they'll be like shut up, or they will just like tune you out. Or they'll be like,

0:43.7

who've been there? They've been there. My favorite is the street cry. We're just walking down

1:36.7

private moments in public. And I always tell everybody you're not a New Yorker until you like cry on

1:41.6

the subway. See someone poop and like make eye contact with them as they're doing it. Like there's

1:47.3

a list. There's a list of them. But I remember one time we were on the subway and some woman was like

1:53.1

just having a break down. And this woman was sitting right in front of her right because like in

1:59.1

in the olden times, well I guess this is what it's like now too. The subways are back even in COVID.

2:04.0

So this woman's sitting and then another woman is standing on top of her holding the top railing.

2:10.7

And she's she's like sobbing uncontrollably like really having a break down. Not just like a sad
