obviously, you know, now it's hundreds of inquiries of agents basically who are looking for a turn

in the road. They're tired of, you know, buying buyer leads. They're tired of doing things

that they've been doing for a long time, expecting different results. I had a great coaching

goal with a guy named Bart, and Bart, if you're listening, as I suspect you are. I'm not going to

use your last name. But Bart had been involved in a referral tape coaching program for, I think,

about 10 years, and he'd seen his results start to drop precipitously in really the past 24 months,

and he wasn't sure why.
